Graduated from Cox Mill High School in 2024 as valedictorian. Currently pursuing a double major in data science and finance at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
I worked at Mathnasium for 11 months as a mathematics instructor. I taught mathematical topics ranging from numerical fluency to calculus to students from ages 7-18. I am currently an intern at Headstarter AI where I will be developing 5 projects in 5 weeks.
In my free time I enjoy participating in my cultural activities like dancing garba and doing Mehndi(henna). I also enjoy travelling and trying new foods.
I completed a 10 hour course that taught me some of the foundations of data science. I learned how to use numerous platforms (Python, NumPy, Jupyter, and pandas) to store, collect, and analyze data. In addition to learning this new material, I engaged in coding challenges, along the way, to help strengthen my programming skills. I passed the required final exam that questioned me on the content I have learned.
